If you are thinking of starting a workout program, Catherine is the trainer for you. My work is very physical, lifting, carrying and hoisting heavy rugs all day. My back was in terrible shape. In only a matter of months after starting to train with Catherine, I had no back pain…and now I actually enjoy working out. The fact is, I do complain a lot during our workouts…but she keeps me on track. All thanks goes to Catherine? and she makes it fun. (just don’t tell her).
