I am in my 60’s and I love the continuing dedication Catherine has to her clients. I have been with Catherine for awhile and I recently joined her pliability and mobility sessions. A week in and I can feel small improvements in my range of motion. She is down to earth and shares her struggles with fitness, food and commitment to ourselves and our well being. She keeps the workouts fresh and new and she always seems to post a positive reinforcement at the right time. Our personal wellbeing is ongoing and I am thankful to have Catherine guiding me through my personal fitness journey
