Just finished the first week
Just finished the first week of the January challenge. Who doesn’t need a little extra push at this time of the year. So great having 10 to 15 minute sessions to just limber up or stretch out. I’m actually doing them at a different time of the day so extra movement time for me. Loving the tips as well. A little reminder, or a new piece of information or recipe. Love it!

Cat is exceptional at what she does! I have been seeing her for Adaptive Bodyworks for some time now. I had some aches and stiffness in my hips and lower back , and knees. I have tried other modalities in the past with little to no success. This is quite incredible, and the results have been cumulative and lasting. My range of motion has improved greatly and my aches in the morning especially are minor if any now. My knee results are exciting for me as I have had problems for years. She teaches so much as well while she is treating. I can honestly say my body feels younger and more agile. Thank you Cat!

I am into the third month of the on line subscription, and just love it.
I am into the third month of the on line subscription, and just love it. I can get my workouts done in the morning before I go to work, just get up a bit earlier. No cleaning off the car and end up running late trying to get to the gym. There is a tutorial for each exercise so I never have to doubt if I am doing something right or wrong, and Catherine is always available if I have questions. I find I am holding myself more accountable and I even get a fourth workout done on some weeks. My mobility is the best it has been for a long time, and I have been pretty well pain free in hips and knee. I can’t thank Catherine enough for all she does to help me get stronger and more mobile and free of pain.

Catherine is a wealth of information regarding health and wellness issues. I met Catherine in 2013 at Anytime Fitness and trained with her for close to two years. The improvement is my attitude and general well being was amazing, and I lost a lot of inches. She is encouraging, supportive and very passionate about her role as an educator and trainer.

The expertise and guidance provided through my training sessions have been amazing. Her updates and redesigning of my sessions keep me progressing consistently. She has also provided nutritional expertise which has improved my diet and helped in achieving good results. Having Catherine as my personal trainer is one of the best things I have done for myself, and I plan to renew my contract with her once my current contract is up. Anytime Fitness is very lucky to have her.
I am in my 60’s
I am in my 60’s and I love the continuing dedication Catherine has to her clients. I have been with Catherine for awhile and I recently joined her pliability and mobility sessions. A week in and I can feel small improvements in my range of motion. She is down to earth and shares her struggles with fitness, food and commitment to ourselves and our well being. She keeps the workouts fresh and new and she always seems to post a positive reinforcement at the right time. Our personal wellbeing is ongoing and I am thankful to have Catherine guiding me through my personal fitness journey

I had Catherine do a fascia stretch on me yesterday, My issue area…the hips. I felt awesome after she was done. I felt like someone took about 5 years off. The day after, up and down the stairs at the house and out for my walk seemed so much easier and normal. Can’t thank you enough Catherine, plan to have it done again. Laura

I first met Catherine in
I first met Catherine in 2013, and I almost immediately was drawn to her personality. She was one of the trainers at Anytime Fitness and was always there for information on the machines as well as any weightlifting questions i had. Catherine also taught hitt classes….which I starting taking twice a week.
As time went on our friendship grew… sometimes I even got to work out next to her. Years later I was having mobility issues and she was right there to help with those as well. Aside from mobility exercises, I also started taking massage sessions with her, which were key to me being able to function all winter at my job. I now participate in her online mobility classes when I can.
Catherines personality is second to none. She is a very charismatic, energetic, and passionate woman. She is very knowledgeable in nutrition, mobility, weight training and Cardio. I highly recommend Catherine for any physical, and mental health needs.

I have been working with Catherine for over a year now. I first started by taking personal training sessions with her and my workouts improved immeasurably. Catherine is incredibly knowledgeable and provides clear and helpful instruction and advice. I have also seen her several times for massage treatments which were most helpful in providing pain relief and increasing mobility. I have now been following her monthly subscription classes and have been thoroughly enjoying the variety of programs offered. I find this format a real innovation as you can review the video of each exercise as many times as you like so that you are reminded of proper form and technique. No matter which service of Catherine’s you are undertaking, she is always there at the gym with helpful hints and encouragement with your fitness journey. Thanks so much Catherine!!!! I have been working with Catherine for several years. She is a great motivator and encourages you to do things you otherwise might not do, such as using a heavier weight or tackling an exercise that might be intimidating. Since COVID I have been working out with Catherine on line and it works very well. Highly recommend Catherine to anyone no matter your age, gender or fitness level.

If you are thinking of starting a workout program, Catherine is the trainer for you. My work is very physical, lifting, carrying and hoisting heavy rugs all day. My back was in terrible shape. In only a matter of months after starting to train with Catherine, I had no back pain…and now I actually enjoy working out. The fact is, I do complain a lot during our workouts…but she keeps me on track. All thanks goes to Catherine? and she makes it fun. (just don’t tell her).
