I am into the third month of the on line subscription, and just love it. I can get my workouts done in the morning before I go to work, just get up a bit earlier. No cleaning off the car and end up running late trying to get to the gym. There is a tutorial for each exercise so I never have to doubt if I am doing something right or wrong, and Catherine is always available if I have questions. I find I am holding myself more accountable and I even get a fourth workout done on some weeks. My mobility is the best it has been for a long time, and I have been pretty well pain free in hips and knee. I can’t thank Catherine enough for all she does to help me get stronger and more mobile and free of pain.
