Join me for a resistance training workshop for menopausal women.
This can be a valuable resource for those looking to maintain their strength, bone health, and overall well-being during this life stage. Resistance training, which includes weightlifting and other forms of strength training, can help combat the muscle loss and bone density reduction that often occur during menopause.
This 1.5hr workshop is split in time with a discussion on the importance of resistance training during the menopause journey. The second portion will include a mini workout putting those idea’s together
