    A Great Open Gym Experience—For Both of Us!

    My husband and I recently attended an open gym session at REBORN by Catherine Fit and had the best time! The space is clean, well-equipped, and so welcoming—perfect whether you want to push your limits or simply move your body in a supportive environment.

    We’re both clients of Catherine’s semi-private sessions, so I followed the custom workout she designed just for me. My husband, on the other hand, felt like focusing on stretching and cardio instead of lifting weights, and that flexibility made it ideal for both of us. Even though we were doing different things, we still felt connected throughout, which made it the perfect date-day workout.

    Whether you’re showing up solo, with your partner, or for some quality bestie time, the vibe at REBORN is always positive and empowering.
